Overview
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of newsletter growth services provided by BetterLetter Agency ("we," "us," or "our").
Service Cancellation
Monthly Plans
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their client dashboard or by emailing kieran at betterletter dot com
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused days in the current billing period
- All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Full refunds are available within the first 7 days of service if you are not able to run Meta ads due to account restrictions
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing with detailed reasoning
- After the 7-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Refund Process
- Submit a refund request to kieran at betterletter dot co
- Include the reason for the refund
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
Force Majeure
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Natural disasters
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Third-party service interruptions
- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will first be addressed through direct communication
- If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled through mediation
- The governing law of New Jersey (United States) will apply to all disputes
