→ We migrated their newsletter from Mailchimp to beehiiv, cutting costs and setting them up with a platform built for growth (unlimited sends with no price increase until 100k subs)
→ We designed + optimized their landing page (converting >70% of visitors into subscribers)
→ We used our blueprint for meta ad creative + ran their ad campaign targeting a lookalike audience of users who interacted with their small Instagram account

→ Every time a new subscriber signs up from the meta ad or via organic means, they would see this pop up..
→ Every time their new subscriber also subscribes to another newsletter, those newsletters pay you $1-$3.
→ Here's how the math shakes out:
- Cost to acquire a subscriber: $0.30
- % of new subscribers that subscribe to another newsletter +pass engagement screening: 40%
- Average payout per subscriber from other newsletters: $1.60
